It’s graduation week for Incline Schools, and the town is buzzing with excitement. Our local summer event season has officially kicked off with another lovely weekend here in Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed almost perfect weather on Saturday and had a fantastic time at the 15th Annual Wine on the Water, an incredible lakefront wine-tasting event supporting the Boys and Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe. It was heartwarming to see our community come out to support our local Boys & Girls Club. The kids delivered a wonderful performance, and the wines at the event were nothing short of extraordinary, featuring selections from Charles Krug, Lamborn, Miner, Paradigm, and Schramsberg, among others. The food pairings were equally impressive, with Sage Leaf offering a decadent beef short rib with truffle sauce, perfect with a Cabernet tasting. A Typical provided a variety of delicious foods and desserts, making the event a truly memorable experience. We enjoyed listening to the band, mingling, tasting, and catching up with friends, and we are proud to continue sponsoring this event year after year.
The real estate market also saw an uptick in properties listed this week and a slight slowdown in pending sales and closings, which is typical during graduation weeks. It was another active week for Incline Village and Crystal Bay real estate, with the number of homes hitting the MLS exceeding those going pending or sold. This week, the market experienced relatively normal summer activity with 17 new listings, 4 pending sales, 11 price adjustments, and 3 successful closings.
One of the standout properties this week is 1497 Tirol, arguably the best buy under $2,000,000 we’ve seen in Incline. This beautifully remodeled home features a two-car garage, proximity to hiking and biking trails, and breathtaking mountain peak views. The quality of work done on this home is unmatched at this price point.
Another great value is our newest listing at 908 Harold Drive, Unit 29. This perfectly located, low-elevation Incline Village townhome is set among the pines and adjacent to open space with golf course views, just steps away from the 2nd and 3rd holes. The home offers a private, peaceful deck perfect for relaxing after a long hike or a day on the course. With a light and bright interior featuring numerous windows, a comfortable floor plan, large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on each floor, ample storage, and plenty of privacy, this townhome is a true gem.

Congratulations to all the graduates, proud parents, and local teachers/administrators. You made it through another year and now have weeks of summer fun and vacations ahead of you. Summers in Lake Tahoe are wonderful but short, so make sure to soak up every minute of it. If you're interested in finding out what your property might be worth this summer, don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation and free market evaluation.
